A. Joel Gluck Orthodontics was named an ABC Construction Excellence Award winner for 2007 in the Healthcare Renovation Under $2 Million category. Gluck Orthodontics is a long-established premier Orthodontic practice in Nashville. When it came time to relocate after 23 years in the same location, they wanted to create a space that appealed to both their youth and adult clientele, but also be equipped with the latest technology in orthodontic equipment. In Mrs. Gluck's words, "We are a respected Orthodontic practice known throughout the wider Nashville area for excellence in treatment, customer service and a comfortable, safe office environment. We hoped our new office would be all of this and more." Dr. A. Joel Gluck and his wife Linda put together a team that included Interior Designer Joyce Matlack of Matlack-VanEvery Design out of California, who specializes in the design of dental offices; Rachel Thornton of IDS for the construction documents; Hix, Inc. designed the dental technology; Boyd Industries designed the sterilization room, and DWC Sr. Project Manager Craig Fulcher and Superindendent Daryl Reeves managed the project. The result is a beautiful Orthodontic office that the staff loves to come to work in every day and the patients are amazed by.
